You retain ownership of content you submit, including URLs, saved content, and any notes or annotations. By submitting content, you grant GPT Genius Lab, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Services.
tldrr.io is a private productivity tool that allows you to organize and interact with content you already have legitimate access to. When you save a URL, the Services retrieve that content on your behalf — in the same manner as a web browser acting at your direction. You are the one accessing and viewing the content; the Services do not independently publish, display, or distribute third-party content to any other user or to the public.
All saved content is stored privately and is accessible only to you. No content you save is shared with, visible to, or retrievable by any other user of the Services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access any content you direct the Services to retrieve. You must not use the Services to access content behind paywalls you have not subscribed to, or to circumvent any access controls imposed by a content provider.
GPT Genius Lab, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content accessible through the Services infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@tldrr.io. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
tldrr.io provides AI-generated summaries and content analysis for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated summaries may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as a substitute for reading original source material or for professional advice of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Genius Lab, LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
